AI Agent Disclaimers & Scope

This Policy governs the use of AI agents ("Agents") within the Eazli platform ("Eazli"). It explains: (a) each Agent's scope, (b) accuracy and authority limits, (c) allocation of responsibilities between the user, Eazli, and third-party sellers/service providers, and (d) high-risk usage warnings.

Eazli utilizes Generative AI technology. By interacting with our digital agents, you acknowledge and agree to the specific "Scope" and "Disclaimer" detailed below for each agent:

Definitions

• Agent: An AI-powered assistant within Eazli providing information, suggestions, comparisons, guidance, or navigation support.
• Outputs: Any text, recommendations, lists, summaries, comparisons, calculations, images, renderings, or visualizations.
• Third Party: Any seller, vendor, service provider, broker, or external entity not operated by Eazli.
• Booking/Contracting: Any purchase, booking, or agreement with a Third Party, whether through or outside the platform.
• High-Risk Uses: Safety, medical, legal, engineering/structural, electrical/gas, or material financial decisions.

General Terms Applicable to All Agents

1. Informational Nature; No Warranties

All Agent Outputs are informational and advisory and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contain incorrect assumptions ("hallucinations"). Outputs do not constitute:

• a warranty of product/service quality or performance,
• a binding commitment by Eazli, or
• a substitute for official sources or licensed professionals.

2. No Binding Decisions; No Autonomous Execution

Agents do not have authority to make legally binding decisions on your behalf, sign contracts, commit you, or complete purchases/bookings/payments without your explicit confirmation and approved platform flows.

3. User Verification Obligation

You are responsible for verifying:

• prices, availability, specifications, colors/dimensions, warranties,
• returns and refund policies,
• provider licensing/qualifications,
• and any legal/technical requirements before commitment.

4. High-Risk Use Warning

Agents must not be relied upon for decisions relating to:

• safety risks (fire, electrical, gas, structural),
• medical advice/diagnosis/medications,
• legal advice or statutory interpretation,
• major financing/credit/investment decisions,

without consulting a licensed professional or official authority. Eazli is not liable for harm arising from reliance in such cases.

5. Third-Party Responsibility

Eazli operates as a technology marketplace/connector. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Third-party sellers/providers remain responsible for their products/services and legal obligations.
• Disputes related to quality, defects, warranties, damages, or performance primarily arise between the user and the Third Party, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreements/policies.

6. No Agency; No Partnership

Nothing in this Policy creates an agency, partnership, employment, or legal representation relationship between Eazli and any user or Third Party unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Agent-Specific Disclaimers

(A) Zeina — AI Guide (Orientation Layer)

Scope: Welcomes users, explains Eazli in plain language, answers trust and safety questions, and routes users to specialized agents.

Limits: Not a substitute for legal/medical/safety/engineering/financial advice.

Disclaimer: Zeina may provide outdated or incorrect information. Always verify via official Eazli pages, customer support, or qualified professionals. Eazli is not liable for reliance without verification.

(B) Noura — AI Interior Designer (Visual Designer Agent)

Scope: Creates room visualizations, layouts, and mood boards to help users "see" decisions before committing.

Visualizations, Dimensions & Color Disclaimer:

• Any visualization/rendering/mockup is illustrative only and not an engineering drawing or precise measurement.
• Dimensions and colors may vary due to lighting, screen differences, materials, and manufacturing batches.
• Users must verify real-world measurements: product dimensions, doorways, hallways, stairs, elevators, and site conditions.

Fitment (non-exhaustive): You are responsible for verifying all site and access measurements (including doorways, hallways, stairs, and elevators). Eazli shall not be liable if an item (e.g., a sofa) cannot be delivered, moved in, installed, or used as intended due to inaccurate measurements or unverified assumptions.

Recommendations & Seller Policies: Recommendations do not guarantee availability, final pricing, delivery times, or quality. Warranty and returns obligations remain with the seller/provider as applicable.

(C) Adam — AI Sales Advisor (Sales & Decision Companion)

Scope: A subscription-only companion that helps users discover, compare, and decide. He narrows options based on taste and budget.

Disclaimer: Adam is a decision partner, not a legal or financial authority. He does not design rooms or create visuals. While Adam may suggest products, users are responsible for verifying final specifications and prices with the Third-Party seller before purchase.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Eazli is not liable for indirect, consequential, special damages, loss of profits, or reputational harm arising from Agent use or reliance on Outputs.
• Users agree to indemnify Eazli (within legal limits) for claims arising from misuse, inaccurate user inputs, prohibited off-platform dealings, or reliance without verification.
